When To Book

Adults, the ideal notice is no less than 3 months but up to 24 months prior to the function date.

Children & under 16 year olds, the ideal notice no less than 8 weeks no more than 10 weeks prior to the function date.

We are often able to satisfy orders booked later subject to stock availability.

Fittings

The best way to get the perfect fit is to try on the suit required.

Visit us at our new larger shop in Buckingham and we can fit most customers from stock held on the premises.

No need to make an appointment, there's always someone here to help with your choice & take your fittings.

Self Measuring

If you cannot visit us

The following sizes are required for us to book a suit:

1) Chest measurement and jacket size, including length, eg. 40S, R or L.

2) Waist measurement and trouser size normally worn.

3) Inside leg, if not sure, measure the inside seam of your trousers (not jeans)

4) Collar measurement.

5) Top Hat size, measure around your head 1"above ears, 'tight'.

6) Shoe size (specify if not UK size).

Payment

£25.00 of the Hire Charge is payable at the time of booking.

The balance of the Hire Charge is payable on collection of the suit/s.

Hire charges are payable by credit/debit card, cash or cheque.

A Security Deposit of £40.00 per suit is payable on collection. (refundable on safe return of the suit/s).

Security Deposits are payable by cash or we retain credit/debit card details to be charged at a later date should the outfit be returned late, damaged or lost.

Collection & Return

For weekend functions, suits are available for collection after 10am on the Friday (unless by prior arrangement).

For weekend functions, suits are returnable on the Monday, (unless by prior arrangement), your receipt will specify the collection & return dates.
